I was the meat cooker at my house. We had a biscuit maker, sushi maker, casserole maker, gravy man.....etc. Was a lot of fun.If you were lucky, the station had their 'chef' that did the cooking or if at a multicompany house, a rotation of chefs/cooks, each with their specialty. Some really great and memorable meals with good folk. (Mine was Poorman's beef stroganoff, which I still cook 50 years later. Bon Appitite!
Yeah, I was B shift and sometimes would stay over and eat with C shift if a guy named Big George was cookingWe had a guy on "C" Shift that make killer cinnamon rolls. If he was making them that particular morning, many of us would stay over just so we could overindulge breakfast!
Better than pork. About 2 tbsp olive oil when mixing.Never made em with deer. Gonna have to now though
