Looks good brother, we always stuff our with cream cheese and colby jack cheese and rub it down with applewood rub them wrap them with bacon. If you have never tried it give it a whirl. I have about 8 more back straps in the freezer I may have to try it with the onions next go round, that sounds good.

Damn that sound good. Have to wait till next years kill to try that. Made all my strap into jerky

You know, there are survival meets and swap meets, why do we do a cooking meet up? Maybe just as spring starts too break. I think I can find a spot or maybe even use a public park?
Any ideas?
Who all would want to attend/be part of it?
