We usually ride ATV's or walk 5-8 minutes down to the lake. Didn't have to today,the lake was in my backyard lol.
Went back out an hour ago with the spotlight and it's over the gate and can no longer see the top of the fence. Too dark for pics though.

man thats a lot of water MuleShoe we are at the north end of Allatoona right off knox bridge and you could practically walk across the lake last week and today it looks like it does in the summer time

I am just impressed with how clear the water looks even when flooding. My creek is flooding too but is the color of red clay mud….it takes a day or two after a big rain to clear up and its a spring fed creek that starts only a few miles from my house.
