My buddy in AFG sent me pictures of these from an ISAF joint base... Apparently, the Lithuanian army has like 6 of these ($1m+) vehicles at the base, yet can only fund chow at $10/day (I think standard US chow funding is like $50-60 on base, correct me if I'm wrong.) Seems like some weird priorities.
