My bank isn't competitive at all as far as auto loans. In fact they told me to go to Robins Credit Union. I hate Robins. My wife banks there.
Problem is MY bank would do an auto loan for me but it has to be under five years old. And I ain't trying to buy a $30K car.

You mentioned you liked the Subaru Forrester and your bank would finance a car 5 years old or less and you didn't want to pay 30K for a car. If you search Auto Trader within 200 miles of an Atlanta zip code there are at least 2 pages of 2020-2024 Subaru foresters listed for under 25K with under 100k.

If you stretch it out to older years there are Forrester listed with under 100k listed starting at $5985. You can totally find a Forrester for your budget. We have had 3 of them in the family and have never paid more than 15k for any one of them.
