my neighbor has a truck every time he put's the regular gas with ethanol in his truck throw's codes. I know you were running E85 but may have to just run that crap out before it fixes it.

Probably running rich going back to regular gas. Usually a flashing CEL is not a good thing though. And you did reset the computer? Could be spark plugs as well when were they replaced last?

New plugs and wires back in May. Without a GM Tech 2 scanner I cant really see whats going on or run the proper tests.
Constituion Hour may very well have what you need.
Sounds like a vacum leak. Check all hoses after the MAF sensor. This is the major flaw in the MAF. If you have any air leaks after the sensor it will suck air in and cause your A/F ratio to be out of wack. Smoke test will easily find your problem.
