Tahoe suddenly running like crap

Might try some decent fuel treatment like SeaFoam or Lucas ... go somewhere and get GOOD gas.. yes all gas is NOT the same. My friends dad hauled fuel for 30+yrs. Top tier fuel, something like BP or QT or Exxon. This would be something simple to try.

Theres Lucas and HEET in the tank now to try and even it out. I might just let it idle all day today since I'm at home.

Lol. I'd do it or go drive it all out then get some good gas..

The sulfur smell is unburnt fuel making its way to the cat. This can be due to timing or cylinders misfiring allowing raw fuel into the exhaust. Check your plugs, it could be one or more are fouled.

dont run your tank dry that will only create more
problems.

I had something similar happen with my 04 Tahoe. I would lose power when driving and couldn't go above 25mph...ended up being the mass airflow sensor
