Ditto for Sig 239 and S&W 3913 - both among my favorites.

Although DAO, the Kahr PM9 has a really nice crisp trigger akin to a K frame revolver.

There are a lot of Taurus haters out there and I recognize the G2C is not hammer fired BUT I have been carrying that for a couple years and to me it’s hard to beat (never had a failure to feed/fire) ...with a round racked, it is SA with a fairly light/crisp trigger pull... the striker can be fired again DA if you have a light primer strike... the G2C is only slightly larger than the P365 or Hellcat and has a 12+1 capacity.... I have a Bersa TPR9C that is about same size but the trigger is not as good as my G2C... also have a CZ P07 that has a great trigger and shoots well and a Canik 55/Tristar C100 (CZ75Compact clone) that I did a Cajun trigger spring kit on but neither would be considered a sub compact but they are still
reasonably concealable ...the P07 gets my vote with an 8lb DA/4lb SA trigger but again, it’s almost the same size as my Canik TP9...

The Rami is a good looker with CZ quality too but I thought those were pushing $1k.

A couple years back you could find a Rami for $550-$600 now they are around $700-$800+

If you can find one, a S&W CS9 is a great choice.

P938 in the summer.

Summer definitely poses wardrobe challenges. Last year I gave up appendix carry as a permanent safety policy and migrated to RH SOB. An all out moratorium on appendix carry.

The Beretta PX4 Compact almost got a cult status for a while on a major pistol forum. Certainly one to consider. There is a PX4 subcompact also but although smaller not as popular.
