I do the 321 method and seldom have any leftovers for the next day…

I never wrap ribs...just spritz a few times with ACV beginning about 2 hrs into the cook.

I like to make a paste of butter melted, pineapple juice and brown sugar. Stir it up put it on for the last hour unwrapped in the RecTec

I melt butter and add twice the amount of apple cider vinegar and Cajun seasoning to baste for the final hour

that sounds like something worth trying next time I do ribs!
