Spyderco or Cold Steel?

I'm wanting to get a new edc knife and trying to decide between these two companies. Which would y'all suggest and what model?

My current edc is a Kershaw Leek which I like but I feel like the blade on it is really thin and won't hold up that well to heavy use.

I don't have Benchmade money right now but I will one day lol.

Save until you can get the Benchmade. I carry a mini Barrage and it has been my favorite for years now.

Get a spydey, You won't regret it. I would recommend a Delica 4 personally....

Out of those 2, I would choose a Spyderco. Not sure what your budget is like but if you want to keep it in the $50 to $60 range, get a Delicate 4.

If you want a great blade at a rock bottom price, go with a Persistence, which can be had for around $35.

And FYI, for about $ 67, you can get a Benchmade Mini Griptilian at cutleryshoppe. That includes free shipping.

The Mini Grip is my personal favorite if you can spend that amount.

Never owned a Spyderco but I love EVERY Cold Steel I own. I recently got a couple of Kershaws "Speedsafe" knives and really like the spring assist open with the flipper. I just ordered the Brawler.
