Spy chip on phone battery? Anyone seen this?

I had to call 911 once because some kid shot my windshield with a pellet gun while I was driving by his house. A piece of glass went into my eye. I pulled over and with one eye closed I dialed 911. I did not know my exact location. I could only tell them where I thought that I was. Within a few minutes, an ambulance and 2 patrol cars pulled up. I stayed on my phone until they arrived. My phone got really HOT in my hand. How did they find me so fast? hmmm,,,

There are some systems that can detect your location when you call 911.
If your GPS is turned off, the phone and the 911 systems can triangulate your location pretty easily.
