Looking to hear from someone that does. You hear talk of Faraday cages for essential electronics, but the panels that keep offgrid life going may well not survive.Maybe the inverters on the panels, not sure anyone really knows

I have a 9kw and 2 enphase batteries on it, this is an off grid system if I want it to be, it will never run my ac unit, or electric stove, or my water heater, if I needed to I could without these things, as far as the inverters, I just had to change them out because they weren’t compatible with my new batteries, these systems will never pay for it’s self in my life time(I’m 64)..good thing I didn’t get the system for that reason..lol..I do like the power bill though, I get charged for a 25.00 service charge and that’s all, this month it was 24.00..this is a fact about solar, it is not affordable for most, and if u don’t get batteries on it, it’s only half of a system and is half a**Looking to hear from someone that does.
