Do adjustable rate mortgages ever work out? I've literally never heard of a good ARM story.

I had to cont. ed this year for my RE license and one of the courses was on mortgages. I wondered why in the hell anyone would ever take out an ARM.

Teaser rates and a lot of people treat their equity as a piggy bank and refinance every few yrs is my guess...

Prices were high and they never had much inventory. Was a nice range though.

That's too bad. We don't have enough good indoor ranges as it is, and they weren't a bad place to shoot at all. A little corporate, but at their size they were pretty friendly overall.

They've been around for a while now, so I'm guessing the original owner is the guy who died and the new folks took over from.

oh...that requires too much effort, as I do not care....I heard they were somewhat non customer receptive....I went there one time....didn't go back..
