Here's the deal..friend of ours from Miami moved up here for a new job. He's looking at buying an AR and he really wants mine. Now he lives in GA, but his info is still FL (DL and all that stuff). Do the same rules apply? Like is this still considered selling over state lines? Or should I just play it safe and wait for him to change is info to GA?

As long as he is your friend and you honestly know his new resident to be in Ga, then sell it
If he has proof of residency here, phone bills, apartment/house payments/lease, you might get away with it.
If he gets pulled over, he lives in FL as far as the boys in blue think.

He has 60 days to change his license upon establishing residency... Push him to do it and all is well in the universe.
OP has the best avatar on the site. And tell him to get the DL changed over then all your bases are covered.
I don't know...yours is a close second, not to mention I'm pretty sure I work with that guy.
