I just read some post from Ruger forums gloating on it's customer service dept. Even though they have no warranty lifetime or limited they will go to great lengths to satisfy the customer. I would stay on them Like a duck on a June bug ( like some members hassle me LOL ) and don't let up until they make it right. These days we pay to much and shop to long to get what we want to get shafted on quality. Get pissed off on their ass bubba! Stay civil so the don't write you off.

They may not have a lifetime warranty, there is a long list of guns that they will not service nor do they have parts.

I have no complaints from my (wife’s) current security 9, lcr .22, min 14, mini 30, SR1911 or countless 10/22s.sorry to hear about the precision- that was on my want list.

Now that's just malarkey! If you put a gun out on the market you should you should at least have replacement parts. Nobody makes guns that are unbreakable.
