Same thing happened to mine, I was leaving sticky feet print in the boat fishing last winter. I went with GA boots this time.

GA boots are just about the best. I have a pair that have lasted me more than 5 yrs.

Georgia boots are great! For work at the FD, my Pro Warrington 3003's are great (Honeywell just bought them out but is still making the same products). First set is 5+ years and still great back ups to my new ones! Sure beats a cheapo set of bates etc.. you sometimes get what you pay for.

I have some older Rockys for hunting, but I hear bad stuff about the newer ones.

I bought a brand new pair of rocky camo thermals last year and wore them maybe 5 times....When I got them out of storage to use this year, the rubber soles were falling apart.. I mean they were like literally falling apart in big sticky clumps... I have Rockies that are over 10 years old and they are great boots.. I used to love Rocky boots and these were $145 dollars. I will never again buy another pair. Guess they are sending them over seas to be made or something.. I'm done with them.
