I say accept advertising on the site...I have AdBlocker on my PC, so I don't see most pop-up ads on websites. The ads could be ingrained in the ODT pages so they couldn't be blocked, I guess. A $1 a month to post items, I don't have a problem with. I don't post items for sale, I buy...but eventually I will have to post what I've bought...can't use it all and I'm getting older. I would pay $1 a month to post items, but when not selling I'd expect not to pay because I am not an everyday ODT surfer. If a dedicated seller/buyer/trader everyday, I'd expect to support the site. I would mail in six dollar bills for six months if I thought I could post items over that period of time...no check, no credit card, no auto pay. If charged to visit, surf, or buy on the site, I would be gone.

See post #1345. The deed is done.

It does probably need to be pointed out and made very clear that a relist is the same as a new listing and would count toward the 3 free ones. All using the relist function does is automate the process of marking an ad gone and creating a new ad. There's always a ton of confusion about that when it comes to the 5 ads per day limit, so I'm sure there will be the same around this.
