Thanks. This winter I'm going to sand everything down and re-stain and seal the table, so i'm trying to get all my table extras in place before I do so.
I ordered a grate holder yesterday to put a hot pizza stone into without it burning the table.

Yes same temps, keep them raised off the pan with a screen.
