No more "Multi-entry" giveaways

Unless there is an unbelievable amount of backlash, I'm going to amend the rules to not allow any more "Multi-entry" giveaways. These are the ones where someone says "Enter as many times as you want."

I just think they just clog up the "What's new" feature and add a bunch of junk posts.
