Check out the stickies at the top of the NFA forum. There are also lots of websites with info. Make sure you cover all your bases, because as jcountry said, you're responsible for mistakes. There are shops that will do your trust for you, but they are practicing law without a license. It's not illegal for them or you to do your own paperwork, but you do lose the security of knowing an attorney drew it up and it's 100% correct. I did my own, but I spent hours and hours reading first.
