I have yet to leave negative feedback even with the few shady douchbags I've dealt with or made clear commitments with in PM.

No, unfortunately. It'd get deleted anyway; doesn't fit the rules. You never had a meet scheduled. I wouldn't waste any more time on him, though.

With an agreed upon date, time, and location and is a no show. I would say yes neg.

Now why you even considered another trade with said individual after the first scenario is beyond me.

I think instead of negative feedback, I'd just say in the thread mention his name. Then everyone would know that way people might start doing better, just my thoughts. Unless the mods disapprove
