Need exterior repair done ASAP

Anyone here good with exterior repair? I need some work done ASAP. Tomorrow would be ideal. This is a pic of what needs to be repaired.

I don't recall the name of it, but there was some siding used at one point that would just rot.
Who would care to inspect and sign off on fixing a small spot like that?
Is the siding rotted or do you just need the spot fixed?

I just need that one spot fixed. I think I have some board that can be used to repair it but its like a cement type board that looks just like that. I just need someone to come do it. Also off screen of the picture is the spigot for the hose.

Its LP siding, which Is a pain in the ass! I would just put some caulk over it, paint and go on my way. Or it has to be replaced with some hardy board siding, which there's not enough damage to do that.

I can't do that unfortunately, but if it was mine then I would fix it with grout.
