Who knows what really happened. The flag burner looks like an easy day in hand to hand. No need to shoot him. He probably provoked the dummy with the gun and then hid behind the cop. He probably hates cops too and protests them when they shoot criminals shooting at them. Typical d-baggery on both sides. This is all a guess, though.
