I could be totally off base here, but wouldn't the time of day it happens make a difference? I mean, since they won't work, if they aren't on the road to begin with, they wouldn't be there to jam them up. That is, if it doesn't happen during rush hour, the roads won't be clogged, and the cars wouldn't be working to clog them. Maybe I'm wrong, but yea.

You guys are right though for sure. Plan on not having a car, and if you do you're a huge target, but in the end, if you do, you may have to use it, otherwise you're trying to get somewhere very slowly.

Having a vehicle isn't going to help you much when you can't get fuel.

It's also not going to help the bad guys get to me if they have a vehicle, because one of the first things I'm going to do is take my chainsaw and drop a couple big trees across the road on both ends of my street.
