Yep or just soak it in the crook pot in the fridge. it is DELICIOUS!

We do the mojo with the pork roast in an electric pressure cooker, cut into chunks, and crisp up the chunks in a skillet. Serve topped with cilantro/onions with black beans/yellow rice. Also top it of with Goya salsa verde. One of our favorites.

I prepare it, stick it in the fridge and in the am simply stick it in the base on low.....

I did this over the weekend...it was awesome! Hawaiian rolls, with siriacha mayo, red onion and pickles.

It really is great. I had sliders and hot sauce wife had bbq. Great option for a weeekend variety meal!
