Mojo pork....

5-6 pound pork butt or picnic, about 1/2 bottle of Mojo, salt & pepper let it sit over night in the fridge....

Then 8-9 hours on low in the crockpot (with lid).

After 4ish hours

8 1/2-9 hours

Meet falls off the bone

End result...

I cook a pork roast like this nearly every Sunday. Barbecue half of it, leave other half plain for mayo, salt and pepper, and Texas Pete. Eat sandwiches from it all week.

I need to pick up some of the Mojo and try it.
