Shredded and ready to eat. Wanted to serve over mashed potatoes but run short on time.

We cut up French bread and serve it like a sub sammich. It's awesome that way as well.

I hate that chuck roast has gotten so expensive now but I guess I'm gonna have to bite the bullet. It's been too long since I've made one of these!

We use backstrap sometimes to make it, just have to add a liitle water with it

I use brown gravey mix instead of au jus a lot of times and I also do Boston butts instead of roast.
