Mississippi Pot Roast

Doing it this time with the McCormic Mississippi Pot Roast seasoning instead of the seperate Ranch and Au Jus. Had to cut the roast in half before browning to make sure it would fit in the slow cooker. Damn thing was almost 4 lbs.

About two hours in.
