Mcguire’s Irish Pub



1 corned beef brisket
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 whole garlic cloves
1 bunch celery, chopped
2 large onions, quartered
4 Tbsp. McGuires Steak and Shake
1 head cabbage, quartered
4 large carrots, chopped
1 lb. red potatoes
Water to cover

Heat oil and add garlic, onion, and celery. Cook for several minutes until soft. Add brisket, steak shake and enough water to cover. Soft boil until tender. Pull corned beef out to rest. Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes to boil. Cook until tender. Slice corned beef and plate.
