I'm gonna try start the weight in at end of July that Friday, Saturday Sunday 28 to 30 of July.
Would like to do last weight in October 27 to 29, so we are done before major holidays so you guys can look good for thanksgiving and Christmas.

What's your input and thoughts.

I am in if we do it as a percentage of total body weight. I am 230 trying to get down to 180ish.

I think % or a formula that considers both % and pounds would be fair, I am about 225 at the moment and could not lose 100+ pounds like some guys.
