everything about a dealership, even including the way they greet you, is choreographed and executed because, for the general public, the tactics work.

I bought my Marine a f150 from Carvana while we were wearing pajamas. Delivery included. I’d use them again. **** “stealerships” of any kind.

I was looking for a specific car once, the car dealership didn't have the specific car but told me they could have it within 2 days. I negotiated the deal and put down $500. A week later they still didn't have my car, then started weaseling on the price. I demanded my money back, and got more weaseling, "they need to ok returning my money from a supervisor." At that point I started shouting loudly about "thieves" and "con artists." I saw several potential customers leave. I got my money back, as I continued to be loud and aggressive until they decided I wasn't going away until they did.
