Sorry D. It’s never easy but had to be done for the sake of the pup. They know it’s done for them. Now I need a tissue. Rest In Peace Cooper.

easing the suffering of a loved one often brings the hardest pain to the caregivers. Your statement is an outpouring of your heart and a testament of your commitment to those in your care. You did all you could and I'm sure Peppee and Cooper loved you just as much as you loved them and they thank you for your unending love for the both of them. I know how you feel right now and I will feel that same way in a few years..........as I did four years ago when I had to put my little one out of her misery. It's gut wrenching......it's also life......me and you face the same fate as our little ones.......It would be great to know OUR loved ones thought enough of us to help us pass..............but thats another subject. Hang in there my friends. My wife and I lost our Best Buddy and Baby today. We had to put him to sleep, he was in so much pain. It has really broke the both of us, it's the second time we had to do this. Our first "Peppe"we had for 17 years and now "Cooper we had for 15 years. We are about as broke as hearts can be. We just buried him about 30 minutes ago, it's hard to do that blowing snot and crying your heart out. He will never be forgotten. We have the memories, but him not being here is already killing us.
We Love You Cooper.View attachment 3363012
