My current annual doctor sucks. Her answer for everything is meds. I had elevated BP 18 months ago and her rec was instantly go on meds vs. exercise more or try magnesium first. Pissed me off. I started exercising more and went on mag and it dropped like a rock. Does anyone have a good recommendation? Oh and preferably one who is anti COVID vax. I also need one inside I-285.
