Looking for a career change

I would make it my mission to ruin that guy if it went down the way you claim. Congrats on the new job.

Already is...he got a promotion and got more hours...I got a semi demotion (commission cut) but half the hours, better salary and the schedule I wanted so in essence with OT, I'll be just fine. I'm not hurting but I sure as hell wouldn't take a 100% salary increase a year promotion to work 6 days again.
