Is there anywhere or anyone in or around GA that teaches a long range rifle class? I have taken handgun and carbine classes and would really like to take a "sniper class". Any suggestions?

Plenty of instructors. Two off the top of my head are Joe Harris owner/operator of Creekside Firing Range, and Robert "Shep" Sheppard of Precision Applications, LLC.

Chief will do lots and lots of dry firing
Go see chief at Gun Site Hill. I took a class there and learned alot + his range goes out to 700 yards. Not only you will learn something he will be openly critical of your equipment. Otherwise I had a great time.

He may. You need real input if you want to be able to shoot long range well and he'll give it to you with no bulls**t involved. He's a great guy, but you won't have to worry about having to read between the lines. LOL!
