#11 is my guess, you may be able to make one or have yours repaired with a tig welder and a file.

If no broken parts , jamming on lever guns is usually loose screws.

That is a common problem. It comes down to one small part. I believe there is a YouTube to watch if you google the model number from Mossburg.
