There’s a guy up in Ringgold that does phenomenal work, if he’s still in business. Some of his stuff has been featured in some Colt coffee table books. If you’re interested, I’ll see if I can dig up his contact info.

There is a company out of vegas that does really nice laser engraving but i dont find their prices at all competive.

Here in Cumming, there's a place called the King of Camo that I thought at first was a "gun shop" but when I came in to talk to them they really just laser-engrave and paint /color firearms to have a custom look. Presentation grade stuff.

They can work on a used gun that you bring them, or they can order a new gun and customize it before delivering it to you.

I've been to the shop a couple of times in the last year. In November they organized and sponsored a group motorcycle ride from their parking lot up about 60 miles to Blairsville, and back.
