Kroger standing rib roast 6.97

This Christmas I cleaned out a butcher selling ground rib eye and tenderloin scraps as burger. Can confirm, amazing.

I’ll max out these and dry age probably
 
Ground up? That sounds like a making for a tasty hamburger. Never thought about grinding a rib roast.
un believable!!!...I spice mine up, the way I like it, then make 8-9oz patties....take um out of the freezer, and on the grill!!! no fuss...no muss!!!

also what are you using for grinding? I have a kitchenaid but no attachments for it yet. I am carnivore as of a month ago (and down 25 pounds!) so going to keep eating a metric S-ton of beef.
