Just how big of a boy are you?

I was 5'9" 160lbs beating guys in arm wrestling 100lbs bigger than me before I ****ed up 4 discs in my back in the late 90's. Last time anybody checked my height I was barely 5'8", still about 160lbs but my arm wrestling days are long gone.
