It's whats for Breakfast, whats yours?

Growing up it was frybread every morning! Some days topped savory, some days sweet. But always frybread. Nowadays watching weight, bp, etc. frybread is an occasional treat.

Coffee and whole wheat toast makes up breakfast most days.

I suppose not too bad, it could be worse.....

I had a hankering for some sausage and gravy over Buttermilk Biscuits. I could not stand long enough to make the Biscuits, so I used Grand Biscuits.

I like chopped Vidalia onions in with the sausage. I could only eat one..Plenty left

Mmmmm, love cheese grits. Yesterday was breakfast out, 2 biscuits and gravy with a side of pattie sausage for me, french toast and bacon for the wife.
This morning I’m back on leftover cleanup. Reheated french fries with ketchup and Frank’s down, got my eye on some pimiento cheese spread and some flour tortillas next.
