I have some grip panels I want to sale.
I find it funny that so many people get all caught up on it when someone calls a magazine a clip but yet you hardly ever hear about grip complainers.
You hear someone say "I changed the grips on my 1911, how do you like them?".
Then someone will say "I love those new grips!".
You don't change the grips on a 1911, you change the grip panels!
You do change the grip on an AR15

Growing up my grandfather always called them clips. Being a man who hunted and shot guns his whole life and spent time in the service I though he knew what he was talking about. Growing up I always called them clips too. Ya'll can bash me now.
I don't care if people call them 'clips' or if they call grip panels 'grips'. That's my contribution to this thread
