Item Description: I purchased this revolver package from another great ODTer last year and it sat in the safe for several months until finally yesterday, I took it out and fired 6 rounds of .357 and 6 rounds of .38 special. Yes, once again I realize that I am not a revolver guy. But this is a very sweet shooting handgun. It does have a Sheriff's Department name stamped on the side, so at some point I assume that this was a police trade-in.
This comes with plenty of extras including a leather holster, 8 speed loaders and a leather speed loader holder. It currently has good Pachmyar grips on it, but the original wood grips are also included. I also have 122 loose rounds of .357 ammo (almost all of the loose rounds are hollow point and is a mix of brands, including Speer, Federal, PMC and Winchester), along with a box of 50 rounds of Blazer .357 ammo. Also have 51 rounds of .38 special, totaling 223 rounds of ammunition to get you started, all of it is factory stuff, not reloads.
**edit- just found a box of Blazer .357 aluminum cased hollow points that will also be included. That brings the total round count to 273!**
Silver and black box seen in some of the pics is also included.
This information is from the previous owner who did a little research on it:
It was stamped as a model 13-2 at the factory but was over stamped to make it a model 13-3.
All of this under $500. Priced to move at $480.
Face to face meeting is strongly preferred to occur in Augusta (Richmond County) or any town in Columbia County, to include Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Harlem, or Appling. I might drive to Thomson (McDuffie County) for you Athens or Atlanta area guys.
