• ODT Gun Show & Swap Meet - May 4, 2024! - Click here for info

It has begun! Ar15.com has been taken down. Gunbroker and ALL other ammunition sites are next....

I think the OP is more suggesting that web hosting services e.g. GoDaddy is now moving against firearms related sites, rather than the site being actively down.

Maybe. But you explained it better than the panic laden title. I thought I was on national enquirer.net or something.

To the folks who think that they won't be shut down again you're a special kind of dullard. Just because they're on a different server doesn't mean crap!

ARFCOM IS UP AND WILL BE....THEY ARE PLAYING THE GAME WELL.

Betta up yo game posers ! This ain’t going nowhere ! It’s gonna be tough for a couple weeks. Get ready cause all the non d platform websights WILL be targeted.

HELLO WAKE UP

This is GoDaddy, following in the footsteps of Twitter and Facebook and AWS.

They made a fortune registering porn sites when no one else would touch them, but I guess guns are now too hot for them.

Anyone got an extra billion or so hanging around? Start a hosting company that also handles payment services and insurance, and cater only to the 2A sector. You'll need some good lawyers on staff, but you could make a ton of money.

It wouldn't cost that much. USA doesn't have a monopoly on server farms, I'm surprised the Russians or Chinese haven't already reached out to Parler, et al.

I just completed a project where I was looking at the Wizard behind the curtain, and it really opened my eyes as to how many layers there are in current data processing and how many of those layers are in India. Amazon, Google and any other data intense US company relies on tens of thousands of Indians to keep the WWW going.

Same as with banking. Online gambling is illegal in the US, wink, wink. Nothing prevents a foreign bank from providing clearing services.
