We have done alot more than support them, we created them,trained them,equipped them. I agree the USS LIBERTY is long since passed.
Our giving aid and comfort to the enemy however remains alive and well.
The U.S. Government has betrayed we the people on so many levels it is infuriating to say the least. Not to mention we have forced Israel to play footsy over the land for peace Oslow accords when we should have allowed them to resolve the matter without our input and political pressure.

I just don't see conclusive proof either way on the Liberty attack.
