I don't see how it could be illegal in Georgia because they don't issue a Concealed Weapons License. They issue a Georgia Firearms License. You can carry concealed or carry visible... your choice.

Also just found that the Florida gov signed a bill in 2011 pretty much sayin that it wasn't illegal for someone who has permit to carry for their gun to be briefly visible......

Florida Law Excerpt:

790.10 Improper exhibition of dangerous weapons or firearms.--If any person having or carrying any dirk, sword, sword cane, firearm, electric weapon or device, or other weapon shall, in the presence of one or more persons, exhibit the same in a rude, careless, angry, or threatening manner, not in necessary self-defense, the person so offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

Accidental or Printing does not seem to be illegal unless some A-Hole Cop considered it under "Careless" manner.
