When I was a kid some of the old bars still had urinals in front of the actual bar.

I worked at a couple gas stations when I was young and had to clean the bathrooms. Women's bathroom was typically worse. I don't think too many women were sitting down to pee.

One of my buddies has been a plumber for about 20 years now. Can confirm, he said women's restrooms are disgusting 99 times out of 100. They won't sit on the seat to poo/pee and get it everywhere, tampons and bloody pads, etc. Most of the time when he gets a call to unstop a clogged drain line at a business he pulls out a big clump of flushed tampons.

As you approach the urinal flush it and let the water build at the bottom and piss in the water instead of on the back of the urinal. No backsplash

the people who don’t flush it are the same ones that don’t wash their hands afterwards and I guarantee are the same dudes who sit on public toilet seats without putting a barrier down first lol
