You work 30 min a day? That’s got to be exhaustingI wonder if my schedule would put you to sleep. Work 6 days 6:30-7, run 4 miles and do an hour of strength training 6 days a week. No excuses, knock it out every day and on Sunday you get part of the day go shooting and cut the yard. Do that without fail and you’ll eventually drop from exhaustion at some point.
Try going to the gym and doing a hard long workout. Works for me!Anyone else really struggle with insomnia? Anyone take any medicine for it? I usually use melatonin and valerian and advil pm when its really bad. But Im really getting tired of not sleeping well.
Where can you get those gummy’s?Hit and miss for me. I agree that alcohol inhibits good sleep.
Depends upon what I have done physically that day but one Tylenol and a melatonin gummie help.
