Insomnia cures?

Ambien works really well for insomnia, but its quite addictive so talk to your doctor about it first.
 
I wonder if my schedule would put you to sleep. Work 6 days 6:30-7, run 4 miles and do an hour of strength training 6 days a week. No excuses, knock it out every day and on Sunday you get part of the day go shooting and cut the yard. Do that without fail and you’ll eventually drop from exhaustion at some point.
You work 30 min a day? That’s got to be exhausting :boink:

I used to have real issues getting to sleep, and staying asleep. I used to take these with different vitamins with food before bed. Not so much anymore. Almost like it reset something. I don't have a problem anymore.
