Nice pile of vomit you have there. Bon appetit.
The only things I can have are any meats (except pork), fruits, vegetables, eggs, brown rice, tea, and coffee. The 3.5 lbs should last at least 2 meals .In for details on a restrictive diet that allows you to eat 3.5# of brisket
Yeah I'll throw the vegetables/potatoes in later next time. I ain't getting up at 4 am to do it though lol. Taste is what I was going for.Aw Jeez!
Couldn't you just say something like "I'm glad it tasted better then it looks". lol
No carbs huh? Can you have any type pasta at all? High fiber? Whole wheat? The only things I can have are any meats (except pork), fruits, vegetables, eggs, brown rice, tea, and coffee. The 3.5 lbs should last at least 2 meals .
View attachment 784076 So Im on a retardedly restrictive diet right now and I was forced to test my cooking ability in order to survive. Im sure this would be no sweat to the pro's but Im quite impressed that I made something that tastes so good. Ingredients...
3.5 lb corned beef brisket
1.5 cups onion
1 cup water
2 tsp pepper (too much now that Ive tried it)
10 cloves garlic
A little salt
Potatoes
Carrots
Cooked for 8-9 hrs in the crock pot. I couldnt initially get it out for it falling apart so easily. I still cant believe I made something that actually tastes good. Better yet its all natural with no sugar or additives. Gonna hava a good time come dinner.
No pasta and no breads of any kind. I'm getting my fiber through psyllium. Yeah its been a bummer the first few days. This crock pot meal has been a big moral booster for me though. No carbs huh? Can you have any type pasta at all? High fiber? Whole wheat?
If so I have an easy recipe for you. If not, bummer for you.
"All natural" corned beef? Love me some corned beef, but I do think it has a few "additives". Of course, I could be wrong...
