I started building a new house a couple years ago. So now it is time for the HVAC install. Plenty of room under crawlspace, plus the Electrical line and thermostat line are run. I did this in the pre-wire. I want a package unit/heat pump. Paying CASH if you so desire. I can help some, but have a spinal cord injury and don't do too well crawling under houses but I am a good gopher. I am East of Athens. It could possibly be done in 1 day as several of the vent holes and the return are already cut. Home is about 32X40. Please PM me if interested.
